Partner – The partner has the highest level of access to the RIMS system. After being fully qualified, this level grants rights to refer clients, add notes, make resource referrals, search on individual client names, and access sensitive data.
Member – The member has medium level access which grants rights to access only client names, program status, but no sensitive information and can only see the last four digits of a client’s SSN.
Guest – The guest level of access grants rights to see only general, global information such as statistical data.
